To improve the educational research community's first hand knowledge of the range of data available at the two agencies and how to use them; and increase the number of educational researchers using the data sets. Underrepresented minority researchers are strongly encouraged to apply. Awards for Research Grants are up to $20,000 for 1-year projects, or up to $35,000 for 2-year projects.
